However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you.
Free Shipping
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide
free shipping from our warehouses via ePacket or EMS, including within the USA.
Lost / Missing Packages
Echo Tails™ is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during checkout.
Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order.
If the error was on our part, we will take full responsibility for your original order at no extra cost.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products,
you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Tracking Status: “No Information Available”
For some shipping companies, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available, please contact us.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages,
even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
